Common Ground Park

We are out at the 3rd of July event in Lakeland. While waiting we are enjoying some much needed park time at Common Ground Park. 
This is by the way an AWESOME park with so much for all ages! 
The actual ground of the playarea is rubber so if there are any falls it helps with the ouch factor. The equipment is all in great condition. The whole park grounds are clean and maintained. There is enough room for kids to run and play. There are different areas for age appropriate play. There is a sand area with a digger toy and a sand table. 
There is a covered area with tables and bathrooms. Those were clean and well maintained too. 
I was impressed with all this park has to offer. I wish I would have known about it sooner, we would have made some extra trips out here. 

From the Lakeland County website: CommonGround will be Polk County's first "inclusive play experience," a term used to describe non-traditional play areas. Children of varying abilities and disabilities will be able to play together side-by-side.
