Great addition to mornings! {breakfast}

Weight Watchers Cereal is a great way to start your morning. I was offered the opportunity to try the new cereal out. I am usually not a breakfast person so that in itself was going to be a change.
I am familiar with the Weight Watchers brand. I did use their online services about 10 years ago and got great results. I love the support they offer, the options, and the other people I have met. Weight Watchers has a new breakfast option.... Weight Watchers Cereal! It is a great way to start your morning. I was offered the opportunity to try the new cereal out. I am usually not a breakfast person so that in itself was going to be a change. I received the Frosted Shredded Wheat with protein and the Oat Clusters with almonds. I love both of those cereals already from other brands so I am glad that was what I got.

Weight Watchers Cereals
Frosted Shredded Wheat with Protein features 12-layer biscuits, 6g protein, 5g fiber and 40g whole grains.  Oat Clusters with Almonds features steel-cut oatmeal clusters, real almonds and 8g of whole grains per serving

As far as the cereal goes, I liked it. The flavor was there and it was what it was supposed to be. In the Frosted Shredded Wheat, the taste was very similar to a competitor brand. The texture was good and it did not get too soggy quickly.  The Oat Clusters were probably my favorite. I ate them not only for breakfast but as a snack with yogurt. The taste was good and the texture was good. These did get a little soggier but I expected that. The Weight Watchers Cereals are 3-5 PointsPlus Value per serving. The points system makes keeping on track easy and staying on track even easier.
About the cereal: "Real fruit, whole grains and only 3-5 PointsPlus® value per serving means you can savor every spoonful in a delicious bowl of Frosted Shredded Wheat with Protein or Oat Clusters with Cherries & Almonds. Whether your readers are already familiar with the Weight Watchers PointsPlus® system or not, give them a crash course in how this new cereal’s math adds up to a 100% great way to help start your day."
