26 Piece Sketch & Drawing Pencils Set by Colore {review}

I used to draw, alot actually, a long long time ago but just don't have time to anymore. My kids love to draw and some are learning different techniques. I got this kit for Tierney to try out since she is the most into drawing currently. She also loves the camera so figured this would be an easy video!

The set comes with:
- 12 graphite pencils in varying grades of hardness (5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 8B)
- 3 charcoal pencils in soft, medium and hard grades
- 1 soft graphite sketching pencil
- 3 graphite and 3 charcoal sticks in soft, medium and hard grades
- 1 sharpener and 1 plastic eraser for graphite's
- 1 sharpener and 1 kneaded eraser for charcoals

Overall we were happy with the quality of the pencils. The pencils all had what they were and the hardness on them so there is no confusion. They were easy to use, smooth and consistent. The tips/lead did not break which is important when you are drawing or sketching. We have had other brands of drawing pencils and they end up breaking, usually sometime during the first use. This set includes a decent amount of variety for any level artist, including those that don't really know what they are doing yet. For the price you are getting a really good art set! I have since purchased additional sets for the kids.
I think this would be good for all ages, younger and older.
Anyone interested in art, at any level, can definitely use this set.
Includes all the basics for a good drawing session!

  1. Thanks for your review! I've seen this set and wondered about them. I used to draw a lot too, but haven't for quite a few years now. I should get back into it. I really should. Maybe this is a sign. :) Take care.
