Holidays #SocialSunday

This weeks questions:

1. What are your favorite holiday movies/tv specials.
National Lampoons is tops!
We usually watch ABC Family 25 Days of Christmas.
Any of the Santa and Rudolph movies we watch and the Thanksgiving and Christmas Parades.
We watch other holiday movies too..... ABC Family 13 Nights of Halloween as well as most of the Charlie Brown specials and movies.

2.Do you do any volunteering for the holidays? If so what? If not what would you do?
This year we did not. We had alot of other things going on with moving and school stuff so I did not get a chance to do much this holiday season at all. We did give chili out to a guy that sits on the bus stops in our area.


3. What is your favorite toy your received as a child for the holidays?
I remember my mom going all over trying to find a Teddy Ruxpin bear. I think that was my most memorable toy.

4. What was your must have item in high school for holidays?
I actually dropped out the beginnning of 9th grade and did not go back till 12th so I missed alot of that.

5. What do you do on Christmas Eve?
Normally we finish up any shopping that needs to be done and if the weather is decent we head out to walk around the beach or go to the parks. The kids all eat and get into Christmas jammas and we go look at any big light areas we havent been to. They usually go to bed fairly early, usually when they see Santa (on Norad) coming closer. I wake them up after Santa comes, usually around 3/4am and they get up and open presents then. Usually they go back to sleep for a few hours around 7am and then wake up for the parade.
