Born on March 2nd, 1904, Theodor Seuss Geisel was an American writer, poet, and cartoonist. He was most widely known for his children's books written and illustrated as Dr. Seuss.
Each of my kids has their own Dr. Seuss book collection. I started each when they were born and added here and there when we see them.
On the night of Seuss's birthday, Random House and the NEA (National Education Association) want you to participate in the 2nd annual Read Across America. Grab a book and read with your children.
In honor of Dr. Seuss's birthday, I had each of the kids go through and pick out something they wanted to do to celebrate and this is what we have to share with you.
