Gandy Sunset

I have to admit I do not like Gandy Beach. It needs to be cleaned and maintained and it needs to be monitored. We have only been to Gandy Beach once, and that was a last minute decision a long time ago for the 4th of July. We were not there to hang out on the beach or in the water. I understand all of these beaches and waterways are connected to some extent but I do not consider Gandy Beach a place we call a beach. 

However, if you are looking for a good sunset you can find one here. This is a great spot to stop if you are in Tampa and want to watch the sunsets. The best view is on the North side of the street, on the Tampa side of the bridge.
