The inspiration behind Aimless Moments #BEsociety

Today is August 8th and the challenge is "What inspired you to create your blog? What continues to inspire you? "

Honestly, I did not have too much of a reason to start blogging. I have been a stay at home mom since I was pregnant with my oldest son, who is almost 13, and I like to do things to keep busy. The kids are always with me and around me but there are times throughout the day where they are entertained and busy with games, crafts, or just each other and I wanted something to do. So I started blogging. I originally started with 1 post in Jan 2012 and kind of just left it alone. Got busy with life and day to day and just didn't feel like putting the time in. Then in Jan 2013 I decided to start up again and actually keep it going. I signed up with some companies that help with brand connections and blog ambassadors, etc and that just kind of kept me busy. I have done a good amount of reviews and giveaways to get readers and get my name out there a little. Now that I have a few followers and likes on Facebook I am trying to give myself some direction and so more things local. I am now a contributor over at the Tampa Bay Moms Blog and just want to try to get out and about more, online and off. So that's pretty much the story. Nothing super Ah-ha or crazy rants, just day to day.
