eMeals really does make meals simple. #emeals

I tend to get a little busier during the early evening hours. Sometimes busy enough to where I don't have alot of time to figure out what to make for dinner. I love that eMeals gives me ideas and a simple meal plan that I can follow.
So how does eMeals work?
Well simple. You login and pick your family size and plan, which you can change if need be. There are Classic, 30 Minute Meals, Portion Control, Kid Friendly, and Paleo for example.

Each week you get a menu plan with each day set up for you and a shopping list of everything you will need for the week. I like the list because I tend to get to the store with an idea in my head and then wander off into something different or forget half the things I need. eMeals really does make it simple!
You can add Breakfast, Lunch, or Dessert Plans.

Here is a sample meal for Italian Grilled Chicken. This is from the Low Calorie Family Plan
1½ Tbsp olive oil
1½ tsp Italian seasoning
5 (8-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper
⅓ cup light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (7.6-oz) box whole-wheat couscous
½ cup sliced almonds
2 tsp grated lemon rind
½ tsp salt
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
Stir together oil and Italian seasoning; let
stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with salt and
pepper. Stir mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic
into oil mixture, and brush over chicken. Cover
and chill 2 hours or overnight. Preheat grill to
medium-high heat. Grill chicken, covered with
grill lid, 5 minutes per side or until done.
(Reserve 2 chicken breasts for Chicken, Potato
and Green Bean Salad.) Cut remaining 3

chicken breasts in half to make 6 servings.
 Prepare couscous according to package
directions; fluff with a fork. Stir almonds, lemon
rind, salt and orange sections into couscous.

Divide into 6 servings.
