Pure Peppermint Essential Oil {review}

I am new to essential oils. They are all over my social media feeds but I just scroll through and don't really pay too much attention. Honestly I am just not too familiar with how they work other than the oils used for cooking. I was offered the opportunity to review Pure Peppermint Essential Oil from goPure and was excited to finally get caught up 0n all things Essentials.

The sample I received was a 4oz bottle, much bigger than I expected. Before I used the oil I did a little research to see what the best way to use and how much, what peppermint was good for, etc.  Not only does the peppermint smell great, it is used for many different things. From bad breath and mental ailments to depression and upset stomachs. You can use the Peppermint Oil directly on an area to help with aching muscles or you can use it as aromatherapy.
I read that putting a little on your forehead would help with headaches, which I happen to have daily, so I was all for giving that a try. It did help with mild headaches. I have migraines to but it did not do much for those, not for me anyways. My middle son has horrible sinus issues and can easily spend a day sniffling. I put a few drops in a diffuser in his room and it worked for him. He still sniffled off and on but nothing like normal.
I am now in the process of learning more about different essential oils and trying different ones to see what works for what. It is always nice to have an non medication option to help with headaches and sleeping or upset tummies.
